The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Restoration of the State Ownership of Integral Property Complex of "Kherson Machine-Building Plant" Limited Liability Company"

The Law restores the state property of the integral property complex of "Kherson Machine-Building Plant" LLC.

Pursuant to the Law, the Cabinet of Ministers shall take action to reorganize this enterprise and envisage the financial assistance in the draft Budget for 2010.

The relevant bill is registered under Reg. No.4530.
